I have picked up some very great ideas of where to pick up food for the worms. there are times that you think that there is a limited number of places that you can get the food from and then another idea pops into your mind. We have several chips stands in the area, so there will be plenty of potato peelings all summer. One stays open all winter and there would be a constant supply of peels. I like your screen idea. I think that it works like a charm. If this works for me, then I hope to move into a larger facility, and seeing the building that you have means that I can still grow into that size in stages. I am getting more excited about this venture the more I look into it. Thanks for the pics. I think I could sell the vermiculture to the local green houses for the spring time market.
